We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain CRM systems, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
Customize CRM platforms by creating and modifying custom entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
Implement both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and server-side (C#, .NET) components.
Participate in the entire development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
Fix bugs and provide support for existing CRM-based applications.
Write technical specifications for developed code and customizations.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and tools, suggesting improvements and innovations.
Contribute to cost-effective, efficient, and scalable design solutions.

3+ years of experience in CRM development or a related field.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or similar systems).
Experience with HTML, CSS, and web development technologies.
Familiarity with Web Services, API integrations, and XML.
Knowledge of CRM customization, including entities, workflows, and plugins.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and optimization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients.
Fluency in Ukrainian and Japanese, both written and spoken, to collaborate with international teams.
English proficiency for collaboration with global teams (if applicable).
