We are seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and enhancement of our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing trends and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement strategies for SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, evaluating results against key metrics like ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor trends and insights to refine strategies, ensuring optimal budget allocation and performance.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
- Optimize website content to improve SEO and boost search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with teams across content, design, and sales to maintain brand consistency and align with marketing goals.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email campaigns, and display advertising.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing campaigns and content.
- Familiarity with web design, HTML, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Japanese, both written and spoken, to collaborate with international teams.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or other relevant areas are an advantage.
